“Can only pass on from daughter. She states this straightener is excellent and she really notices difference from her previous brand. Generally only needs one pass over hair, occasionally two. Does not snag or catch hair. It will curl hair but not as good as other products that we have. The heat proof bag/mat great for travelling as well as everyday use. Would recommend if you want a great quality straightener.”
