“The brisket was of outstanding quality. I slow cooked it in the oven after I had seasoned it and kept in the fridge overnight. I also made sure i let the brisket rest after cooking for about an hour.I had family over on Boxing day and they were very complimentary of the meat. Will definitely buy again”

“the beef brisket there was too much fat on it, there was two layers of fat instead of one on top ofthe brisket bbut it was soft”
