“I oven cooked a 5kg Saffron Alley Beef Brisket on boxing day and it was amazing, Alhamduillah. It took a long time to cook (7.30am to 6pm) and I was nervous about the size but it turned out brilliantly and the family loved it. The quality was so good — very pleased with purchase and end brisket. Delicious!”
