“Ordered and received two chateau briand for Christmas Day. I chose delivery for 23rd and they arrived well packaged. The meat cooked beautifully and was extremely tender I wouldn't hesitate to order from Saffron Alley again. We had guests for Dinner and they took the details so they could also place an order.”

“The first piece we cooked whole and the second piece we have divided into two and frozen. We oven cooked it and created a peppercorn sauce - a delicious meal.”
