“I have been on the Carnivore diet for a while now and have ordered numerous times from Saffron Alley. The 30% fat beef mince is consistently good. Not gristly and well minced. Cooks quickly in an airfryer not losing too much fat and leaving the meat moist and tender. Would be nice to have larger pack sizes as I divide it into daily meal portions.”
