“I was really upset with the quality of minced beef from my local butchers - I went to 6 different kinds and it was not good meat - the fat was not healthy. All antibiotics, which have come up in my microbiome test, so I finally decided to pay a little extra for organic minced meat. This was packaged well, delivery was good with the frozen packs (except it was left outside and no one rang the bell, which is disappointing) and the mince meat is the best I have used. I am grateful that the animals are treated with kindness and compassion, as we are instructed to treat them. Trauma from distressed and abused animals stays in the meat and harms our psychology and soul.”

“Mince was not dry and very juicy. The flavours of the meat comes through your own spices and really is a great product to use for when making burgers, sausages and pastas.”
