Though the mince contains the mixture of muscles, tendons and fat. Please note that we do offer specific cutting/trimming options on our basket page where customers can customize their orders according to their preferences. Incase you want your mince to be twice ground, you can specify your requirements in the notes box on the basket page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
