“Husband, experimented and coated and marinated a 2 bone fore rib from SA with garlic, olive oil, colmans mustard and slow baked it for approx 4 hours. WOW, beautiful. My beloved and kids were impressed and wonderful flavour and so flavoursome meat. Thanks SA”
