“amazing quality. I've tried sirloin in over 20 countries and by far this hits home every time. It melts in your mouth, and if you like it medium-rare, you only need 2mins each side with 0 oil or butter as its got its own that's how you know it's a banging steak, cant stop buying from you guys - thank you”

“I bought a 2 kg whole muscle beef sirloin for homemade pastirma. The beef delivered was nicely packed in ice, and fairly marbled, with minimum trimming needed. Pastirma turned out a great success. Thank you for delivering!”

“Bought this steak twice as I first time I cooked it the steak was still bloody so had to cook it for almost 30m just to get it to well done which shouldn’t take that long but I believe it’s because of the thickness. Second time I tried to batter the steak to try thin out the steak, cooked a bit better this time but with it still being so thick, just found it difficult to cook especially compared to the angus steaks. Also, has a very thick layer of fat on both occasions. Wouldn’t try again for a third attempt as just didn’t enjoy the taste either.”
