“I bought the 1kg halal beef sirloin thin slices to make Philly cheesesteak and was really impressed with the quality. Even though I overcooked the meat, it stayed juicy and succulent, which says a lot about how good the meat is. It’s noticeably better quality than what I usually get from local butchers.”
