“These were excellent quality and arrived well packaged. I made BBQ ribs and cooked them for just under two hours—the meat was falling off the bone. I then finished them by smoking with compressed coal in a pot, and the result was a really beautiful piece of meat. Normally, we’d pay around £17 for smoked ribs from a local takeaway, but at this price, 1 kg was enough to make six generously sized burgers. Excellent value and great quality.”
