“I ordered steak, chicken breasts and chicken posson. Unfortunately, DPD deliver was delayed. I was not happy so called Saffron Alley. Chris was so calm and understanding. He contacted DPD for an update and immediately called ne back. The items arrived sawlfely but the bags had melted completely and the contents were warm. I contacted Chris and he again was so considerate. Chris then sent out the same items for free. The kindness from him was much needed as I thought I'd lose out both in terms of the items ordered and monetarily. But no, true to his word, the free package arrived. Honestly, amazing customer service!! Thank you Chris you're a credit to Saffron Alley!”
