“stab the duck lots of time, wrap it on foil keeping all the fat. then heat on full oven temp for 70 minutes and then 150 for 2 hours and its really good. keep the un used fat for cooking as duck fat is as healty as olive oil”

“I ordered this duck for Christmas and it was tasty. However, there wasn't much meat and more bones and just enough for 2 people.”

However, we apologise for any inconvenience caused due to duck being more bonnie with less flesh. At Saffron Alley, all of our produce is naturally reared and not factory farmed. Meat being a natural product and there can be considerable variation from one bird to another in terms of color, texture, and fat.
