“I tossed these smash burger balls in whisked egg and fresh breadcrumbs with a mixture of favourite herbs and fried them gently in olive oil to seal them. Once cool they were frozen ready for Christmas day as a side dish to the turkey. They were delicious and I should have ordered more to prepare, as they were devoured at a sitting with much appreciation.”
