“Finding good quality and low fat halal sausages which have a really good flavour was once a challenge for us. I don't eat lamb, and I am yet to find the perfect beef sausage. It has been 3+years since we discovered these at SA, and have become a firm favourite. Originally, these took pride and place in my toad in the hole recipe https://www.lovethekitchen.co.uk/chicken-sausage-toad-in-the-hole-with-chilli-and-onion/, but we have since diversified. As they take 15 mins (once defrosted) in an air fryer, they often get used in our halal English breakfast with hash browns and egg), or chucked in a roll as a hot dog. These sausages have so much flavour, they need little else. My only ask..I would love it if these arrived vacuum sealed..it prevents freezer burn.”
