“Its organic, use a bit of water with organic cider vinegar and put in the oven for an hour then boil for 12 and just keep drinking and boiling. Ahh, and its not healthy to use vegetable oils. only use meat fat, butter, ghee , olive oil ,coconut oil, for cooking”
