“Really nice flavour, and doesn’t release loss of water like the shop meat does- buying actual meat not expensive water pumped! Nice to know eating better cared for animals and without all the chemicals.”

“So versatile. I like to add azuki or black beans to these that make them go further. Seasoning spices and herbs make this even more of a treat. Meat balls and lamb loaf are worthwhile to cook.”
