“The lamb mince from Saffron Alley was lovely to make a pasta or spaghetti bolognaise dish. The lamb mince can also be used to make a keema curry, or even some other kebabs or homemade lamb burgers. The meat is soft, clean and easy to wash and handle. All in all a winning combination”
