“I have ordered diced lamb shoulder with bone regularly, as it is much more delicious when stewed with bones. However, I don't think Saffron Alley has struck a good balance between meat and bones. In my last order, I received far more bones than lamb meat. This is frustrating when you're preparing a meal for your family and find you can only make bone broth instead. Saffron Alley needs to maintain their standards and ensure customers like myself are not left disappointed.”
