“If cooked properly, this has got to be the best steak I’ve ever had - even better than the fillet cut. It’s so tender it melts in your mouth. I think the thickness of the cut is important. The steak should be cut thick enough so that it can be cooked till medium rare or at least till medium. I’d say 350+ is ideal.”
