“Arrived on time and nicely packaged. Cooked really well, in oven at 120C till core hit 57c for a perfect medium rare. Then seared for 30s on each side for perfect crust. The meat and fat was soft and buttery. Just melted in the mouth. Only downside was I thought the steaks for a but too thin, would have prefered a thicker but smaller steak.”
