“I like my steak well done with no blood running out of it, and this can usually make the meat tough and chewy. This piece of steak however, was really marbled throughout and was so tender and juicy when cooked. The meat was so flavourful and needed nothing more than a little salt and black pepper. Looking forward to my next order.”
