“Had turkey many times, always dry and a bit tasteless without gravy. Saffron Alleys turkey was on a different level however, very nice meaty taste and supremely succulent.”

“Bought the full bird and really enjoyed cooking it.- was excited to see there was finally a halal option which was free of the hormone/antibiotic junk. Came out succulent and juicy, packed with flavour. Stayed that way with the leftovers on the days following as well. Really recommend it for big roast dinners such as Xmas.”

“Cannot recommend Saffron Alley enough Pros: -Amazing that I can easily order the turkey online and have it delivered to my door on my preferred day. No fuss in wasting time traveling (especially with a baby) -Having halal available so easily has allowed me to experiment with cooking a turkey (which I wouldn't have a couple of years ago) -delicious, succulent meat. Went down a treat with the whole family (a feat in itself) -free range-even better! Makes me really happy to know that Saffron Alley's meat is ethically sourced and truly halal Cons: -none! Felt a little pricey initially but given how it feeds so many people, works out very reasonably”

“Bought the fresh turkey in December and then a frozen one a couple of months later - yes I love turkey! The quality and taste was excellent, as usual, and I'm looking forward to my next order. It would be even better if Saffron could truss up the legs so that it's easier to store in the fridge/freezer and so that it fits better in the oven.”
