“I had originally bought the LiftnGo; which after using it a few times; the crank got stuck. I worked on it for over an hour to no avail. I used the chatbot and found out that they were closed. HOWEVER; at 11:00pm MST on a Friday night. I received a text from Evan that night; which he gave me a couple of ideas and when those didn’t work; he telephoned me. We worked together for a bit; then I had to stop and get ready for work the next morning. Evan called me a couple of times and texted me to make sure I was ok, and the Jeep was covered. On Saturday, when it was evident something was wrong - Evan ordered the replacement parts. He totally made a bad situation much better.
