“I was disatisfied with the service provided by your company. I realise the boots were on back order and that it was taking extra time to get the order to me, but the only communication I received about delays to the shipment I got from you was after I contacted you and asked what was happening.
Also, I found it very annoying that all the emails I got in regard to this ended by saying "Love your work". Perhaps you might need to change this if you are emailing an unsatisfied customer. It sounds very patronising.
Anyway, that's the last time I will ever use your company and I will never recommend you to any one.
