Purchased a voucher for my son who urgently needed some work clothes. My order number was included on my request for the bar code - twice I have sent emails requesting assistance for him to use the voucher with no response from either”
“Terrible service the whole way through, tooks weeks to get a card with the incorrect detials, muttiple emails and phone calls to try and get the order correct and delivered. Ended up requesting a refund due to such poor service.”
