Used at our primary facility, these thumballs are excellent for helping break through the awkward beginning of a group beginning to get to know each other.

we are using this as an ice-breaker in new employee orientation and also some larger trainings where the participants do not know each other. It's fun and easy to use.

I used it as an icebreaker to a two day ILP Provider Conference and it was a big hit and provided flexibility if the person did not want to answer the question their thumb was on, they could just pick one around it or find one they did like or want to answer
