“I ordered 2 of the "Icebreaker Thumballs". I wanted to get 2 different varieties but my leadership wanted to see a list of the questions and the Trainers Warehouse customer service couldn't provide that. This is why we ended up ordering 2 of the same ball. One of the balls had torn stitching upon arrival with a little fluff coming out and I did not have time to send it back for a new one. I will try to fix it with glue before we use it next but it's not ideal. Otherwise great icebreaker tool.”
