“I use these whenever I have the opportunity to say "Give that person a gold star" during training. It helps instill a sense of achievement when someone answers a question correctly. I always make sure all attendees have the opportunity to receive a gold star. I started using these when we acquired 28 people during a bank acquisition. They had to go through a 2 week training condensed into 4.5 days. When it was all over with, everyone was excited to receive a gold star...It's the little things in life that make people smile.”
