“I was looking for a fun way to promote teamwork at all of our locations. I purchased these with the idea that they could be passed around whenever someone felt another coworker deserved a kudos. The only rule was whomever received one had to eventually pass it on to someone else that they felt deserving. The program has been a hit with employees with employees saying they gave one to this person or that they received one from so and so. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fun way to promote appreciation and teamwork in the workplace.”
