“Vanilla ice cream is so versatile! I mix it with almond milk and spinach or frozen fruit. Sometimes I prefer it mixed with ice and cold brew coffee for a "pick me up" way to get in my protein!
Or I make my "Big Green", Mixed Greens, spinach, and some Matcha tea”
“I purchased the variety pack that gives you individual servings of the chocolate and the vanilla so that I could commit to a flavor in the larger size. They are both yummy but there’s just something about vanilla that I love! This is a very efficient protein in that it packs a heavy protein serving of 30 grams in just one serving at less than 200 calories. When I first had it I used water and it was incredibly filling I noticed it right away. I had been working out for a couple months before adding this to my routine and after I did start the protein I noticed a change in my eating habits (less hungry) and a shift in my body composition as if all of a sudden my muscles were really responding to all the work I was putting them through! I am loving how I feel and this protein is part of what I have been doing and it’s here to stay for me!

“Not a fan of the after taste and it gave my body an odd “sulfur” type smell the next day. Really odd. I’ve tried it now a few times but just can’t continue. Bummer! It’s expensive and I hate to waste things.”
