If not committed like I was in the beginning then you are throwing money away. “The shakes make me feel really satisfied throughout the day. I’m not hungry and don’t have my usual afternoon and late night cravings. I finally have control of my eating habits, which includes not finishing my kids’ foods and eating fast food like I used too. I look forward to my shakes everyday.
