“Finished my bag and I didn't really notice any change with my body and I know it's just 1 bag, 30 days. I workout 5 days a week and eat a moderately healthy diet. I'm 6"2 and about 227pnds and have tried a lot of different protien powders and I have to say this one was hard to drink at least with just mixed with water or low fat milk. 1st try with just ice water actually made me gag. After that I had to mix with milk, water, and some sweetener like honey or chocolate syrup. The ingredients on paper looks great but the taste is bad in my opinion”
