“The egg white protein and collagen intrigued me. This powder seems to tide me over for hours. It tastes great. Read directions though because this calls for more water than other mixes, giving you a larger smoothie! If you don’t use enough water or cut back your powder to make a smaller portion, it will be thick and chalky. Overall I am pleased with this and I’m just getting started.”
“I like it. I’m a runner and need to keep things clean so it works well for me. I’m a clean eater anyway but this is an extra meal for me where I can pull out any unnecessary fat etc. The one with me in red is a few weeks ago and the one in green is 2 weeks ago. I was at 158 and right now at 167. I’m more efficient in my running at closer to 160 so I’m hoping this will help me get there.”
