“I have only been taking it for a little while so I can't speak for the results but here is what I know. It mixes really easily and the taste is ok. It does keep you full after drinking it so I can see it helping someone lose weight since they wouldn't be hungry. Hopefully the long term results are as good as the things I have liked about it so far.”
