“I like the product, but I am a little disappointed. I have search your site for the proper or suggested way to use the shakes with a healthy balanced diet. Is it meant to be a meal substitute if, so which meals? If not, what is the recommended way to use. I have searched the blogs and there are many usefule articles to choose from, but nothing guiding me on how to use the system to maximize my results. I also tried to send an email to the corporate address before I purchased and did not recieve a response. So I ordered the package anyway hoping there would be some guidance included in the initial package and there was not. But the I love the taste and feel of the protein powder and the organic super green powder. I will start utilizing the recipes I found on the blog. Take care!
