“I was very excited to try this product and ordered to start with friends. Unfortunately the shipping took forever and what should have been delivered in a week was expected in a month! My card was charged immediately. The box finally arrived and - it did not contain my complete order and looked like it was previously opened :-(. I sent a few messages to the company ... when I asked about month shipping was told oops sorry - no help. I then asked if I could cancel order, they said no but sent a return label. However since my whole order, that took forever to arrive, didn’t arrive I can’t send back for full credit. Grrrrr. Spent more time chasing this order than necessary. Don’t bother here. If you want to try product - go to Amazon - any issues are immediately handled and not drug out......note to company: fix your customer service and QC”
