“While I have loved trilogy products in the past , the order I last made in January was only half filled even though I was charged for both items I ordered. I ordered the rose hip oil and the body lotion and received the oil but not the lotion. I was charged for both and have received no explanation even though I have emailed the company Five times. I have lost all respect for this company even though I have been using the products for years. So disappointed and I will now be buying all my beauty needs from other sources.”
