“this press is waaay quality made with thick plate steel its better than what you can build diy just suck up and buy this.
we quickly learned parchment paper matters. our first crush soaked thru the elcheapo paper and oozed out all over the hotplates and into the paper and was wasted.
we also learned to cool them in the fridge then peel em.
