“The machine was delivered in non operational condition, one plate didn’t heat. The manufacturer fixed and returned it and it works fine now. My issue was the dulytech prople played “good cop, bad cop with me as we went through the process. I could never talk directly with “the boss” who knew “what’s up” but to an assistant relaying my communications. The assistant promised to mail me complimentary accessories for the trouble I went through, those never came. In the end the machine works but it was unpleasant dealing with dulytech on my out of the box service issue.”
