“It has a simple design, not a lot of moving parts. I like it, It works- I have been pressing 120 & 160 bags with no problems. I had to play arround with temp. and time, depending on what I am running.”

“I just received my Nugsmasher Mini but the tools and bags I ordered with it were not included in the shipment. I sent customer service an email inquiring about the missing items. Because it was Saturday and I emailed this inquiry I thought I wouldn't hear back for a couple days. It was less than 3 minutes from my email that the phone rang and a very polite and professional customer service representative said the other part of my order was scheduled for delivery in 2 days! I was literally still unpacking the press when he called. I've been a customer service representative in a call center for years and that is amazing service!! “The Nugsmasher mini is a great buy. It works great, is so easy to use, and gets you plenty of resin. We started with outdoor nuggets. You press 3.5 grams of flower at a time, and we got from .51 up to .71 grams per press. Out of a full oz. Press we got a little over 5 grams of rosin. Pretty good return. Real easy and fun to use. Get a magnet to hold your parchment paper, and get a cold plate to get it off the paper easier, we used a pizza pan that we stick in the freezer during each press. You won't get the color of Allgreens, ours came out a little darker, but we are working on it. This smasher is great for the household to use.”
