“My wife and I were first time homebuyers assigned to Brian Cohrt after applying through the Next Door Program. From our first conversation together I could tell he would be good to work with. He was informative and detailed about every step in the very complicated home buying process and took his time to make sure we understood everything. The pre-approval process was seamless but after finding our dream house we faced a lot of unforeseen challenges with securing the loan through no fault of our own or Brian’s. Working against a 3 hour time zone difference he spent early mornings and late nights doing everything he could to get us into the house and keep us mentally sane along the way. I guess this experience is surreal because of the process and how quickly we got our keys. I attribute the stressful yet precise and efficient process all to Brian.
