How likely are you to recommend your loan officer?
“Ashley was professional as a loan officer. If I had any questions about the disclosure(s)she would address it promptly. My only concern was not having the grants that could have been used with a conventional loan. The grant that was being used was re-evaluated/decreased because I did not use it in its time frame. My certificate was another issue. I spent 8 hours at St. Ambrose in taking a homeownership class and had counseling, but these things were not excepted. Why, I don't know? I never received a full explanation to why. Some things I felt rushed on. Better communication from all parties involved could have sharpen the first-time buyer's experience. And going over all disclosure documents so the buyer would have had clear understanding to what was being determined or given. Just a little bit more involvement within the client(s) time frame would have made this experience a joy.”

“Ashley and I started my home buying journey in December of 2024. We officially closed on my house on 3/13/2025. Ashley had been so helpful and available for anything I had questions or concerns about. She kept me informed the whole 9 yards and got me to where I am today which is, a first time homeowner!
