“This was my first time buying a home and the last 2 weeks of my closing, I felt she was difficult to get a hold of. To be fair, there was a quick turn around time for closing due to what the seller's needed. I almost had my gift money wired to me because she would not get back to me but luckily someone else on the team was able to tell me not do that of it could cause issues with my closing. I felt like everytime I talked to her she forgot about what we previously talked about and I would have appreciated a phone call or message to let me know when I should expect an answer instead of just not hearing from her the entire week before closing. My realtor and lawyer also had difficulty getting a hold of her. She also told me a long explaination of needing to raise the interest rate but when I asked her to tell me how much it would cost to keep it the same, she realized it wouldn't be worth it to raise the rate afterall. I felt like if I didn't ask the right questions, the closing would not have been able to happen. I felt very unsupported at the end for my first home buying experience. I also feel like it wasn't clear what discounts I would get for being in education and in the end I did not receive anything besides the appraisal covered.”
