“He was very helpful and was able to answer my questions as I had a lot being a first time home buyer. Up until the end of the experience it was harder to get information from him, as he was very vague with myself and my realtor. I was misinformed and ended up being very surprised with a higher closing cost and higher monthly payment, which I wasn't thrilled about.”
