“First off this was our first home buying experience. But after working with the incompetence of Natalie I hope it is our last. Within the 6 weeks we were working with her she only talked with her a total of 7 times. Of those seven conversations 5 of them were started by me calling her. Rarely did she call to give us updates. She scheduled the appraiser to approve the house without anyone knowing. She did not ask the realtors or home owners or buyers for suggestions or advice on who to do the appraisal. She did not inform us of the appraisal, when it was happening, who was doing it, nothing. We had to beg and ask for every bit of information of what was going on in the process. She also never informed of us the 50$ a day we were having to pay at the end of the deal to ensure our interest rate lock fortunately our realtor was very on top of everything and was able to let us know ahead of time.
