“William did very well and was very kind. He was extremely knowledgeable. There were times when I wished he was a little more responsive and we had some very unfortunate luck with the appraisal you guys hired. Almost ruined the deal over a microwave and we lost out on over 1000 because of this mistake and felt like he could have helped out a little more with that situation. But overall he was very helpful throughout the process and would recommend him to a friend.”
