“It was good; but unfortunately just another way to peddle the cheap, pedestrian cut known as “top sirloin”. I’ve had Waygu 5 steak (though not in top sirloin) and there is NO WAY this is Waygu 5. Taste of both pieces was good—though not great—and one piece was noticeably more tender than the other. I won’t waste my money on it again. I’m an SCCA-certified steak judge.”
