“Beef is very good. Tender - cut easily. I thawed in microwave, in a ceramic bowl. I’m afraid as we heat it up that it’s going to cook it more. I’m super happy with the “medium” or whatever it is. It does taste good and it is “clean” with minimal ingredients. Enjoying this!”
“This was my second purchase of the strip steaks . The ease and speed of preparation as a main dish is a big factor since they arrive precooked. And it is possible to easily achieve the proper finish; rare, medium rare, medium, etc.etc. The steaks do seem to be tenderized, but not excessively and there is definitely a marinated flavor. Some commented that they seemed too salty. I would definitely order again no matter the comments on seasoning; nothing was left uneaten. The convenience of ordering and predictable shipping as well as the quick prep and finish time are enough to keep me as a customer.”
“The meats are pretty good, but the last order they substituted one meat I ordered for one I didn’t. This is how it started with Just Meats before they went under. I don’t want to go through that again, so I cancelled my subscription.”
