“Very Nice New York Strip Steak, my better half sliced it all up and added it to some udon noodles and oriental veggis to make a great dinner for us. My wife, M-i-L (elderly), and myself with 2 servings of left overs.. I would just say 4 heaping servings total.”
“When I opened my first box of True Nature Meats I was shocked and worried to see that everything, including the steaks, was precooked. My husband and I both prefer rare to medium rare for steak and I couldn't imagine that throwing pre-cooked steaks on the grill would give us anything less than medium. But I was happy to find that medium rare was very easy to achieve and the flavor, albeit slightly too salty for my taste, was very good. Texture was also nice.”
